F.A.K.E.
I SIT HERE WONDERING LIKE,
WHAT WOULD IT CHANGE IF I TOLD THE TRUTH,
WOULD IT CHANGE YOU,
THE WAY YOU THINK ABOUT ME,
EVERYTHING ABOUT ME IS SO TAUNTING,
I BEEN HUNGRY FOR LOVE,
EVER SINCE,
THE DAY YOU LEFT WITHOUT REGRET,
WALKED DOWN THE SIDESTEPS, NEVER LOOKED BACK,
NOW YOU COME BACK, RETRACED YOUR STEPS,
BACK INTO MY LIFE LIKE YOU ONCE KNEW ME,
WELL WHATS KNOWN IS GONE,
IM ALL ALONE, WITH THE THOUGHTS OF YOU IN ONE WORD,
ERASED..
SCRATCH A LINE THROUGH IT,
CAUSE THATS HOW IM THROUGH IT,
IVE BEEN THROUGH IT,
WHAT MADE YOU THINK ID COME BACK TO IT,
TO THE "IT" WHICH INTERPRETS WHAT YOU DID,
STRIPPED MY FLESH, LEFT ME SKINLESS,
IN THE WINTER,
YOU IN A RED DRESS, MELTING THE ICE BENEATH YOU,
SO IT COULD CRACK TO MY STANCE,
BUT I WONT FALL THROUGH,
THE BARRIER IS TO THICK, BUILT WITH BRICKS,
LAYERED IN ICE BERG, WITH PINS THIN AS NEEDLES,
COME CLOSE, POSE, EXPOSE CAUSE THATS THE CLOSEST YOU'LL EVER GET TO ME EVER AGAIN!!
WHAT WOULD IT CHANGE IF I TOLD THE TRUTH,

MY THOUGHTS II
it’s like 1:30 in the a.m.
mind set in the a.m.
cause if I can’t get up,
my 9 to 5 will pay up,
my head will stay up,
my haircut fade right,
I aint got nights,
I call em graveyards,
im an honest man,
tryin to earn some,
so I could feed my hungry,
feel so lively,
your in my shoes,
so give me back my road,
I’ll give you back your dream,
I lived it for a second,
and may I reckon,
may I have some,
moments to cry,
to the Lord,
spill my soul,
have it dry up,
and start over,
man, my games all over,
man my dreams poems,
that are just written,
ready to be touched,
by the pink eraser on the tip of the pencil…

MY THOUGHTS PT. 1
I UTTER THE THOUGHTS THAT,
BROUGHT ME TO THIS VERY MOMENT,
BEING ALONE AND, CONFUSED WITH THE FUSE,
READY TO LIGHT UP THE TRUTH,
THAT WOULD CREATE A BIG BOOOOM!
SO MANY THOUGHTS RUN THROUGH MY HEAD LIKE,
WHAT IF I WERE LIKE THAT, DID THAT,
THE FUTURE'S IN FRONT OF ME,
THE PAST IS STILL HAUNTING ME,
MY DREAMS TAUNTING ME,
IM STILL HUNTING MYSELF AND ME,
TO BE THE GREATEST I CAN BE,
TILL I SCREAM WITH THE JOY OF JOY,
DESTROY THE HATE THAT DESTROYS,
WE WALK PAST LIKE THEY DONT EXIST,
TILL THEY DISAPEAR, AND IT HITS,
HARDER THAN IT HURTS,
CUPID NEVER FLIRTS, HE SHOOTS,
THE ARROW IN THE HEART, MAKES YOU LOVE,
SO SICK OF LOVE THAT YOU CANT GET ENOUGH...
..LETS LOVE...LETS PROTECT,
LETS NEVER EVER NEGLECT,
SO WE CAN LIFT RESPECT AND LET IT RULE..

ITS LIKE A FAIRY TALE DREAM COME TRUE!

Designer: Pent Talvet & Kristian Paljasma
Lighting up the street, these plastic flowers and bushes are coated and molded with special glow paint. These special paints absorb the solar energy during the day and thus glow at night. With the current recession gloom over our heads, I guess we all could do with some color that will help us tide this winter!

VERA WANG IS ONE OF MY FAVORITE DESIGNERS. SHES AMAZING!!

Vera Wang has spent more than twenty-five years in the fashion industry. After her sixteen-year tenure at Vogue, where she was Senior Fashion Editor, Vera Wang served as a design director for Ralph Lauren. In 1990, she ventured out on her own, opening a luxury salon at the esteemed Carlyle Hotel in New York City to showcase her bridal collection. The Vera Wang label quickly took off, earning praise from the fashion elite for its luxurious fabrics, exquisite detailing and modern interpretation of classic lines. The discipline Vera Wang brings to her work and to her life was developed early by her parents, who encouraged academic excellence and athletic prowess. She studied at Chapin, Sarah Lawrence and at the Sorbonne and competed in international skating competitions.Years later, her intimate knowledge of the sport, coupled with her taste and design ability, would capture the world's attention when silver medalist Nancy Kerrigan wore Vera's unique design for the 1994 Olympics. Vera Wang remains active in designing at the Olympic level for skaters such as Michelle Kwan.Vera Wang's fashion sense also came early in life, beginning with visits to the Paris shows with her mother and maturing during her tenure at Vogue. As Senior Fashion Editor, Vera Wang interacted with the world's leading designers and brought their visions and sense of style to the world. Many of these designers became personal friends and mentors and helped Vera Wang deepen her knowledge of the business of fashion. In 1985, Vera Wang left Vogue and joined Ralph Lauren as a design director. The inspiration for her label stemmed from her own frustrating wedding dress experience. Vera Wang aspired to add fashion sophistication to the segment, which was steeped in tradition and symbolism and yet operated like a commodities business. There was no fashion in bridal until Vera Wang. Today, Vera Wang's position as the preeminent designer of bridal gowns is only one aspect of her fashion vision for the future. The outstanding editorial success of her ready-to-wear shows demonstrates her presence beyond bridal. She continues to challenge herself as a designer, pursuing fragrance, fine jewelry, eyewear, footwear and a home collection that capture her vision for the future. Vera Wang's philosophy remains simple and elegant and her voice clearly distinguished from other designers. She is a design expert that women turn to for advice. Vera Wang is creating a lifestyle that is the epitome of luxury - infinitely sophisticated and always modern. Vera Wang lives in New York City with her husband, businessman Arthur Becker, and their two daughters.
THIS IS SEXY CLEAN...

The A/W 09 shows have been predictably gloomy, with coats and jackets mostly going the way of grey. So why not get a head start with this Burberry wool overcoat? While the mix of black and white weave isn’t exactly grey, it sure looks grey from a distance. It’s on sale as well, but you can still expect to pay a good amount for it. Get it from Burberry.
I THINK THIS DESIGN IS JUST...REFRESHING!!!

Illustrator, typographer, set designer. Andrew MacGregor does it all. He’s most recent commission (above) is for the Guardian’s new job advice campaign. He’s also worked for Uniqlo, Vanity Fair, Harpers Bazaar and The Science Museum. Well worth checking his output. (Via It’s Nice That).

MOVIE OF THE WEEK: DEFIANCE starring DANIEL CRAIG
Louis Vuitton Spring 2009 Sneakers!!!

Before we give you a look at the Louis Vuitton Spring 2009 Sneakers, we have to say this - we never liked the footwear from the French brand. The main reason was, that branding was always too heavy, too colorful and disturbing at times. Quality was of course never an issue, but who wants to wear a sneaker that can be identified from miles away as a Louis Vuitton sneaker? We do not.
That said, the new Spring 2009 collection is much more subtle. You still find the LV monogram here and there, but in most cases it is embossed and tonal. This season Louis Vuitton got heavily inspired by the classic Vans Sk8 Hi and Sk8 Lo it seems. Their premium versions of the sneaker came out clean and are easy to wear.

Sacai Wool Jacket for Spring/Summer 2009

Japanese clothier, Sacai bring this simple wool jacket to market for Spring/Summer 2009. As Sarah form Colette mentioned in her NYT’s “The Moment Blog” a while back, “I love this Japanese brand, which is already 10 years old. The people behind it feel no need for press, fancy shows or presentations. The collection is always perfect, and very easy to buy.”
Artem: I LOVE this jacket! The simplicity is dope!
